Belgium regulates player protection above the European average in strictness which feeds straight into your play limit. On any licensed site the weekly limit defaults to €200.

Self-exclusion in Belgium is handled centrally, through EPIS: one registration excludes you at once from every licensed operator, online and on-site. Registering costs nothing. Under-21s have been shut out of casino, hall and betting since September 2024; the National Lottery is the exception at 18. Without valid ID you do not get through.
